Bianca McDonald (she/her) was born and raised in rural Northern Alberta, before relocating to Calgary, Alberta in 2018 to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture at Alberta University of the Arts. Her practice is a collection of experimental media which explores themes of sexuality and the human body, permanence, familial relationships, and the rural-urban dichotomy through the use of video and audio installation, performance, sculpture, glasswork, and print.
