Chloe Brodeur

I am an emerging, Calgary based glass artist currently in my fourth year at Alberta University of the Arts. I am passionate about narrative, sculptural, figurative work. Inspired by the style of Martin Janecký, I am currently studying and experimenting with internal hot bubble sculpting techniques. The new work in which I am engaging will push the boundaries of my skill and comfort zone, contributing to the growth and development of my artistic ability, voice, and identity.

Glass is the medium to which I am drawn and through which I feel most able to engage in challenging and meaningful artistic expression. I am ever eager to observe, learn, and acquire skills, techniques, and knowledge, from other artists.
